The house has 12 steps up to the front door which opens into the main living area. 

The kitchen is south facing with shutter style windows that fold right back to give an expansive sea view.  Similarly, the main living area has three sliding doors onto the spacious outside front decking.  The dining area comfortably seats 8 people.  

 

On the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms with a further 2 beds in each, conveniently stored under the single beds.  Each room has views into the back garden with fields beyond.  The downstairs bathroom features modern fittings and an extra larged rounded shower.  The spiral staircase leads to 2 double bedrooms with kingsize beds and each with a shower wet room and a cloakroom.
